…a lot of people feel like they’re being judged by the others sitting with them. And maybe they are. But it doesn’t matter. Everybody else is in exactly the same position as you. If some people are sitting around forming opinions about other people’s practice, that’s a distraction they need to address for themselves. It’s not really your problem.
